  • much ado about nothing. FIrst of all anyone who thinks they are going to be able to copy the iPad have quite a surprise in store for them. The patents Apple has for the iPad are rock solid and with the newest one which was actually filed way back in 2005 it should be lights out any day now.

  • What this signals is the end of even moderate costs for internet use. Want to download a movie? That's an extra 4.99 per movie! Want to go to youtube and watch some video? That's an extra 10.99. And on and on. Just one more example of big business raping the American consumer.

  • It never ceases to amaze me how the gun rights group jump right away on well the criminals are going to bring guns into a bar no matter what and this just levels the playing field. Wrong, add booze to the mix and you will find any person loses some inhibition and ability to make rational decisions.

  • I can't count the times I have been driving down the road on a busy expressway especially in Northern VA, and suddenly the car in front of me slows by ten or fifteen miles an hour. Oblivious to the world around them or to the hundreds of other cars on the road.
